"Lo que no me gustó es que no hay estacionamiento dentro del hotel..ya que el carro lo tuvimos que dejar afuera.en la callé.. otro aspecto que no me gustó fue que el sanitario olía muy muy pero muy mal..estaba limpio siii..pero salía un horrible olor por el drenaje del lavamanos..sin embargo nos agrado el trato en la recepción.muy atentos y cordiales.. habitación limpia..

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The service was excellent, and the room was beautiful. The only downside was the shower—the water pressure was very weak, and it took a long time to get hot. Aside from that, the food selection was great, and the spa was absolutely amazing and enjoyable. I’m already planning my next trip here. Such a beautiful place with wonderful people!"
"The property was beautiful. The pools were very nice and the beach was well maintained. I loved the water exercise class. Our room was GORGEOUS! It well exceeded what I was expecting. VERY spacious and luxurious. It was nice to have a washer and dryer as well. The only thing I disliked was the lack of evening activities. Not a lot to do for families with teen/college kids. "
