"The resort is fairly new and clean. Excellent food options! The steak house was fantastic. There is no beach. There is a lot of seating around the pool, which was a little cold but nice once you get fully submerged. Several swim-up bars! The cocktails are tasty and plentiful. The staff were all great too! Very friendly and welcoming. The people running the music and activities around the pool (bingo, aqua-fit) were also super charismatic. 100% would return!"

"We loved our stay here! The rooms and facilities were well appointed and kept very clean! The employees do a wonderful job and are so friendly. The building is older but well maintained, aside from a few maintenance issues (no hot water x1 day, non flushable toilet) the room was lovely, and the small issues we had were dealt with very quickly. The beach is beautiful and there are plenty of chairs there and at the pool, but if you want good spots you have to play the towel reservation game and get up early to get them. They could use more palapas at the beach for shade. The gym is open 24/7 and is really good! Nice and cool in there and a ton of machines and equipment is in good condition. The spa was nice we did get massages, they were just OK I would not recommend the spa here they tried but the massage was lacking and not relaxing. BRING your sunscreen! The bottle was $43 USD! Ridiculously overcharge in that gift shop. if you really need something, walk 3/4 mile north down the beach to 7-11 by coco bongo and there’s also a pharmacy there . The restaurants were all very good, especially for all inclusive. Our favorite was the Italian for dinner and Azul for breakfast. The coffee shop is adorable and they have delicious snacks for those off hours in between when the restaurants are You are within a mile of downtown Cancun is you’re into the nightlife and only about 30 mins from the airport. All in all I recommend Sunscape and would return!"
