“Our fifth stay at Valentin Imperial. Always great, friendly and timely service by everyone. Beautiful large rooms. No wearing of bracelets. Eat where you want everyday. Plenty of opportunity for excursions. Very reasonable price. Excellent nightlife shows. Really cool sports, cigar, and piano bars, each with a different ambience. Multiple swim up bars. Many daily activities and well equipped gym.”

“I really liked the schedule of events, activities and amenities of the resort. Cons: 1.I know you advertised of being beach resort, but don’t see any sand to relax or feels beach. To visit real beach is also very far since this resort located in remote area away from citi. It would have been nice if you have some free transportation to near by beach would eliminate that. I wanted to book beach front resort so that I don’t need to go out for beach. 2. late night food especially after 11.30pm no……

You go on vacation to relax and get away from daily life, and when you arrive at a hotel, you expect to be treated with at least a basic level of decency—which was the only thing I was looking for. What do I mean? The hotel itself was lovely—the facilities, the pools, everything was clean—but the customer service was terrible.”

“A slice a paradise, with a romantic and boho chic atheistic. The food is delicious with fresh ingredients. It is a boutique hotel which we loved. We had 2 bungalows right on the beach so you can step out and enjoy the sound of the waves and had a choice of sun beds. The beach is rocky so we just used the pool. We had a car so could explore the area but if you want to unwind you could easily just relax there.”
