“good and quite place”

“This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and a great accommodation environment. Compared to some older hotels, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features hot water pools (not sure if they are hot springs), but the design and facilities are significantly better than the famous Upper Hot Springs. “The staff on reception were always available and very helpful. The hotel itself was in a super location, only a short walk from Main Street, or shops and restaurants along the road. The complimentary hot drinks were a big hit with hot chocolate for the kids. We were disappointed that the pool area was closed during our stay as this was one reason for my original booking, although we were informed of this in advance of our arrival.”

“The hotel is located on the north side of Banff town, right along the main road (the town basically has one main north–south street), with a bus stop directly in front, which makes it very convenient. The hotel has two small outdoor hot pools with a beautiful snowy mountain backdrop — a very nice experience.
