“we stayed at Jungala Hotel, Great property, the rooms are spacious and clean, hotel has daily shows at the Mexican town, forgot what is called, the water park was awesome, our kids had a blast. Melani our concierge went above and beyond to make our stay superior, she really stand out and made the difference. Would definitely come back. ”

“We had such a great time visiting Catalonia Royal Tulum. The beach was beautiful, even with the sargassum in the mornings that the resort crew worked hard to clean up day in and day out. The service stood out, with everyone being happy to help and very welcoming — Quetzabel at the buffet and Jonny at the pool bar were always brightening our day. The food was good as well. Several of the restaurants were open only certain times of the day, the majority of food places you have to make reservations for. The concierge were very little help. They keep pushing the timeshare and telling you to use the app for everything. Even calling for a spa treatment you have to use the app. They won't book it for you. Resort prices are absolutely……

“The location, activities, and property itself was wonderful. I really enjoyed doing yoga and aqua aerobics everyday. I wish the gym was bigger. It had decent equipment, but there was barely any room to move. Luckily I was in there by myself each day.”
