「The Leland House exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful. The rooms are very well designed and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Durango.
The check-in is very easy and the communication from the staff is excellent.
I, whole heartedly, recommend the Leland House!」

「Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!」

「The property was just as advertised and as appears in the listing.
It combines the benefits of a private hotel room and a house into one. We had access to a very nice patio, kitchen and living/dining room, but didn’t have to pay for an entire house.
It’s in a commercial area so it s a little bit busy and perhaps noisy for some, but we were not bothered at all.
We really enjoyed the walking distance access to downtown and a grocery store.」

「Very comfortable unit which was very clean. Bedding was comfortable and nice view of the mountains. Host communication was exceptional and very helpful. Well equipped kitchen. Built in 1981 so a little dated especially the toilets which are more suited for shorter folks. Carpet was nice but could use some stain removal, but overall, a nice place to stay.」
