“Jan was the best. He made sure he told me everything I needed to know about my stay. Including any extra things from Expedia. And Edgar was also great as a host and made our dinner for my sister personable and it made her feel special on her birthday. Thank you Jan. Thank you staff. “the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach.
we enjoyed our pool very much !!
the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.”

“The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay.
The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. ”
