「Every lil detail was beautiful especially if you are a Christmas lover such as we are, Breakfast was delicious and the pl were extremely nice. We will definitely be back.」

「Excellent choice the room was very clean. Staff was very helpful. and just a very relaxing atmosphere thanks, Al.」

「Staff was helpful. Check in line took awhile, followed by a person that wanted to get you to listen to time share offers. Which we have no interest, own 2 homes already. Had a fun time with 2 grandkids for Holloween festivities. Pool was great fun, arcade (4 machines took our money, didn't work, attendant gave us credit) ate at deli and burger place, both good.」

「Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.」

「It's pretty good in the scenic area. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic.」

「Hotel was clean. The staff was so friendly. It's in a great location and within walking distance of main street in Gatlinburg.」

「Very rundown hotel. Bed was very uncomfortable and there was no body soap in the room. The side door to get into the hotel was missing the handle, therefore, the door slammed shut every time it was closed. I would recommend staying somewhere else.」
