"The hotel is in a great location if you’re interested in a bit of night life. But for everything else I would skip it. The rooms are very small, not very clean and feel quite dated. The elevators get filled up during check out and could take 30mins before you can escape (no stairs). Unless you really NEED to stay here, don’t."

"Staying in the Premier Grand meant a great breakfast buffet and wonderful evening happy hour with appetizers and drinks. Hotel is conveniently located to the train station and the Disney shuttle was great in the morning. Our only complaint would be the late night return from Disney which was already too late and then was delayed another hour! "

"The staff were excellent, the check in process was smooth and quick. The hotel itself was the nicest hotel our entire trip. It was our honeymoon so the staff decided to write us a nice letter congratulating us and well wishes. Overall the hotel is super nice, the 7/11 on the basement level was a huge plus. Would recommend anyone ! 11/10 stars "

"The hotel was little further than i expected from main station especially wheelchair accessible or stroller lifts. The rooms were very tight and dated which was a contrast to all other areas in hotel."
