「Check in process was easy, wasn’t sure where to park and had to walk up three flights of stairs because unit was on the 3rd floor which wasn’t mentioned in the listing.. The unit wasn’t very clean. The grate on the furnace was covered in dust, window sill was dirty and we didn’t have any blankets or linens for two of us to sleep. 」

「Apartment unit was very nice, shower was cold but in buildings like that it's hard to keep the shower water warm. The sunrise view was beautiful, the walk on Detroit River boardwalk was awesome, neighborhood nice. Due to construction it was harder to get to the parking lot but we found a way. The back parking lot seemed sketchy so I am glad we got a spot in the front parking lot. My son (age 13) loved the loft room. 」

「Upon arrival, it was evident upon arrival that the place had not been cleaned--debris & hairballs on the floors and in the nightstand drawers, thick dust on the baseboards, bedroom blinds don't fully close, 2 worn-out bath towels for a booking for 4 adults, car with broken windows in the parking area. Shared pics with host and they say "I see there are a few spots that could have been cleaned better..." Host offered to send a cleaning crew back out, but after a full day of travel, we didn't...
