“What a pleasant surprise. Over a holiday weekend, our other booking had overbooked us. We scrambled, and found this suite. It’s really, an apartment.. Oh my gosh, we were so happy. It was much better than the original lodging. There were two adults, two 21 year old sons. There was plenty of room for all of us. Clean, comfortable. 25 minutes outside of Key West. The 21-year-olds are coming back and staying here for spring break with their friends. To the owners of the KOA, they better behave.”

“The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again.”

The keys provided a great escape, and the house itself was well-appointed, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.However, we were quite disappointed with the pool. It was cold, the systems were not well-maintained, and it was not cleaned in preparation for our stay. We saw manatees almost every day in the canal. The pool was perfect! I have no complaints except you are only given 2 garbage bags for your entire stay and not enough toilet paper for a larger group.
