「Staff were brilliant, very professional, polite and helpful all staff had a smile and would always acknowledge you. All needs catered for. We had one issue but was rectified straight away. We will defiantly be coming back.」

「The staff slow as like a turtle, wait there already 30 minutes, but still need to wait for another 10 minutes. Every time I go to the reception, always have a long queue and just a few staff there and one of the staff is really SLOWWW , really can't understand why a hotel can have that slowly hospitality and even pride and prejudice」

「Our 2nd visit to the Viking. Love the location, with our sea view room perfect. The food was excellent and the staff were so so nice. Great cabaret on Saturday night. One downside (?) (in our modern age) was the lack of plug sockets or USB ports in the rooms for charging phones etc.」

「Nice hotel, easy check-in and easy access to the beaches and other attraction areas with bus and tram, which the kids love, and a good environment to stay for a large family. This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. We were so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. Our stay was perfect.」
