“We stayed in a 2-bedrooms apartment Room 611 for 3 nights. The hotel services, room facilities and room condition are all good, however, the noise caused by the water pipes in Room 611 was not acceptable, which was last from the evening to almost whole night for almost every nights we stayed there, even though we closed the room door. The location of the hotel is great. The hotel is right near Manchester Piccadilly train station and there are plenty of cafes and supermarkets downstairs. It……

“Check in was very lengthy taking so long we has to sit in bar area. However, once checked in the hotel was very comfortable, great breakfast options (my daughter particularly loved the waffle making machine) and convenient to Wembley Stadium ”

“The best thing about this hotel is its price. It is a lot cheaper than ones in the Zone1/2 area. However, please consider that if you are taking public transportation into central London, the cost and time do add up (bus and tubes). If you are driving, this hotel will be the best. There are local corner stores, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The hotel is clean. WIFI is strong and stable. “Despite some negative comments my night went beyond my expectations. The rooms are clean and shower with plenty of hot water. While it would be nicer if the breakfast can start earlier at 7am, the selections are plenty for a continental breakfast and it's included in the stay. Great bargain for what you paid, especially in London where some budget chains without en-suite showers may charge you that much or more”

“My family and I absolutely loved this charming quiet house! With a seven-minute walk to the main bus line and 15 minutes to the tube, as well as many grocery stores and bakeries nearby, it's perfect for living like a local. It rained a lot but we were happy to be in our cozy house. It's about a 30-60 minute ride on public transport though to many tourist sites, but we enjoyed bringing a book along for our double-decker bus rides across town! ”

“A great property. Nice system for check in & excellent support from City Relay team. Few suggestions Wall hangings to be properly set. Garbage place is dirty as other flat occupants A & B did not maintain a proper disposal. Heater is not working on water heater mode. ”
