"It's a cute little hotel with great service!!"

"Small but comfortable rooms, we had a view of the Empire State Building from our 6th floor room. Service is good, the rooms are dated but ok. However, the carpets smell of wet dogs, which is unpleasant. But we still enjoyed the convenience of the location, the comfy beds and the hot shower."

"Hotel was really nice however hotels restaurant is not available since COVID-19. Also, there are a lot of homeless people doing drugs around the hotel. Needless to say there’s significant police presence so we didn’t feel unsafe. "

"It was an awesome stay, the only thing that would’ve made it even better would be to have a microwave in the room so we could reheat our food that we would have left over"

"I ended up canceling my second and third booked nights at the pod because it was just too basic for me. It was clean and new and in a great neighborhood, but I really didn’t like the tiny bathroom with its combination toilet/shower stall and glass doors and walls. I can’t imagine sharing it with someone else."

"Was initially given a teeny tiny room but staff told me they could move me to a bigger room the next day and they did. I like that the windows actually open for fresh air. Wasn’t thrilled that they added the elevator key card since last time but I guess in NYC they have to have it for safety. Just gets annoying. It’s a cute place in a great location."

"This has been a great stay. Upon check in, we were greeted with a great staff. They answered questions and engaged my kids in details of their day. The staff member Michael gave excellent recommendations for dinner and it was an easy check in. Only part odd was I received a message the day of that there is a security deposit due at check in and it takes some time to get back. It was only 75 dollars which isn’t much but wasn’t communicated before so be aware. Room was great with clean sheets...

"The hotel needs some renovation but if you are looking for a nice location close to subway station, drugstore and some small restaurants and coffee shops, it is a good find. In my opinion the best thing about this Hotel is the amazing staff they have. They are amazing!"
