「The hotel has a great location next to the
Cathedral. Only problem is that it’s hard to
get to with luggage, since cars & taxis can not get to the entrance. All the employees were helpful, talkative, and enjoyable. The free breakfast has a huge assortment of goodies and even hot items.. The one problem I do want to address is parking your car. When I reserved, it said parking available..
For some reason, I expected it nearby and free. The parking lot is a good 15 minutes walk from the hotel....

「The location and views were amazing, but unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing.
There was an overwhelming smell of vinegar in the room, and the patio was covered in ants, which really detracted from the experience. We were also shocked to discover that pool towels cost €10. Charging guests extra for something as basic as a pool towel feels unreasonable and left a poor impression.
We can’t comment on the breakfast itself, as we had to check out before 7 a.m. We did,...

「We had a truly wonderful stay here. On the days we weren't out for a hike, we loved making the most of the outdoor pool, and the sauna was really pleasant too. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a brilliant selection, and the rooftop bar offers cracking views in the evening. Honestly, though, the staff were the real highlight—everyone at reception was super helpful and went the extra mile to look after us. Management should be chuffed to bits with the team. Would definitely recommend.」

「Can’t say enough good things about the property. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was nice and well equipped. The pool area was excellent. Full use of saunas, indoor pool was warm, outdoor a little too cool for my liking. The included breakfasts were more than expected. Lots of good options and the staff catered to my wife’s gluten free needs. Please leave tips for the hard working breakfast staff. The location was good, but the gps kept taking us on different routes and got us lost...
