“A great stay in a gated community. Was a very short distance to Disney parks. The jacuzzi was amazing after long walks during day trips. Would definitely recommend and stay again. ”

“The property is beautiful. The upstairs King suite the bed had dirty stained sheets and matress covers. Curtains in downstairs King was hanging from the window. No one ever came to correct the problem. I had to go out and buy king size sheet set and matress cover. We only had good communications, when talking to Jose. He is very knowledgeable about the tules and how things operate. I hope hes a manager or will become very soon. Thank you Jose.”

“One of the toilets was broken, a fan was broken and we weren’t left with anything to maintain the cleanliness of the home while we were there for two weeks. The location was great and it was a perfect size home for my family. ”

“The bathrooms were dirty. Property needs a major clean! Dishes (cups) in the cupboard had side stains on them. Overall it felt like the cleaning crew doesn’t clean well.”

“All the pool amenities and activities were great. The resort staff was great and stuck to the rules. I would say they could lighten up on the required tubes in the river and no jumping in the big pool. Place is for families and my kids got disappointed when they were asked to not jump in the pool at all, not even just a cannon ball. Im 41 and was told i needed a tube in the 3' lazy river. I was just walking around the river with my little kids”
