“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……

“The room smelled slightly musty but not overwhelming or in any way that ruined my stay. The common spaces and room were otherwise spotless. The pool area and grounds were also well maintained. I made a reservation last minute because my flight was cancelled. I called after I made the booking and they promptly sent a shuttle to pick me up at the airport. They had my type of room ready so I was able to check in early and go lay by the spacious pool for the afternoon instead of fighting for my life……

“From the moment I arrived until I left, every single encounter with staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The restaurants on site had great service and excellent food. The room was beautiful, clean and well maintained. I went to a concert and the venue was great. The seats are comfortable and all the seats are good!”

“酒店硬件设施非常棒 环境也很好 但是酒店的服务人员态度不好 没有笑脸 回复也不及时；第一天下午让他们送牙刷 答应说会送到我们房间 但当我们晚上10点多回到房间 却没有送到 ；第二天上午又去要了一次 结果还是没有送；直到第三次要求才送过来”
