“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“We were recently guests of the hotel for a week and wanted to share our experience. In short I would say skip the hotel and find another one for your money. I go into detail further. The resort has some positives and a few negatives that we could not ignore. The positives include the rooms. They are clean and have very nice views of the ocean and resort below. The negatives include - - the beach. This area is not cleaned daily and has an abundance of seaweed. It makes it so that it is not……
