"Location was amazing and the hotel was very spacious and beautiful. There is also a local market just 3 minutes walking distance where you can enjoy breakfast, drinks, seafood and just a nice time with different people."

"The hotel was very nice overall, however I have a few complaints. The headboard in the room was “distressed” looking and our refrigerator also didn’t keep the drinks cold. Also, the man at the restaurant desk in the mornings was not very friendly. Aside from that however, we enjoyed our stay and loved the hotel. Vince was also extremely friendly and welcoming as our valet. All Of the valet drivers were very friendly and responsive!"

"The building itself is amazing. There seemed to be a recent takeover so there were a number of staff who were not well trained. The house keeping was an issue every single day of our stay. Our keys deactivated twice in our 4 day stay. The restaurant was probably the worst of the experience. We ordered lunch with only one other table in the entire restaurant. Thirty plus minutes later no food. The main bar was the best of the experience. Friendly staff and served delicious cocktails. Also, my room had a gorgeous view and a fun vibe. Hoping that once the takeover has had some time, these issues will be ironed out. This hotel has great potential."

"This is an Historic Gem in Milwaukee. It is steps from Lake Michigan and while in an older neighborhood, close to many of the sites that Milwaukee has to offer. The rooms are ideal for extended stays. Even the standard rooms have equipped kitchenettes with stove, refrigerator, sink and microwave. Larger rooms and suites have full kitchens.The rooms are large and have a lot of closet space. The staff is very friendly and pleasant to interact with. Another plus is that there is a restaurant and bar attached. While we didn't visit this trip we have in previous stays and found the food good and reasonably priced. It is our Milwaukee go to and I think it is a property worth checking out. "

"Very helpful staff and kind people. They were so friendly and easy to talk to. They welcomed us very nicely. I personally felt the room needed more care because it wasn’t clean that much. The hotel is so nice and close to everything. The lobby is vintage and peaceful. The pool has an incredible view."

"The hotel and room was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was ok. I wish that they also offered muffins for those who don't want a full breakfast. Front desk staff Jay and Andrew were very helpful and gave us wonderful tips on where to eat in Milwaukee"

"Breakfast was amazing, fresh and delicious, best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel stay! Parking is a nice idea, love the hotel entrance from the parking garage so you don’t have to go to the ground floor and walk around to get in. Parking prices are a little weird and if you lose you parking ticket your screwed! I feel like if you stay there you should get a parking pass to use. I feel like the website saying $20 a day is false advertising as you pay $6 and up every time you leave. There should be 1 price and a pass given as you book a stay should just be included! "
