"Highbridge Hotel: A Fantastic Stay! ​The Highbridge Hotel offers a truly excellent stay. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the water pressure is on point—always hot, which made a huge difference. The staff are incredibly nice, approachable, and always ready to help. ​One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was really good and a great start to the day. The location is also perfect for anyone needing to get to downtown Manhattan quickly. ​Most importantly, I felt very safe during my stay. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk with professional staff who are very attentive about who enters the building. Overall, it's a clean, modern, and secure spot that I’d definitely recommend."

"Room is small, but I was traveling alone and the room had a bed, desk, TV, and bathroom, which is all I needed. The location on the UWS is what really makes it. I'll never look for another hotel in NYC again."
