"This condo was nicely appointed, and included CD mix’s that you could play on the stereo! The location was great, and you could walk to restaurants. We loved having the kitchen, and was able to cook multiple dinners, with the well supplied kitchen. The view was beautiful, with the sound of soothing ocean while we sat in the living room, or outside on the porch. The host Kenneth, was super responsive to any questions we had. My husband and I highly recommend this rental, and will be back again!"

"Great location. Easy walk into the heart of Ali'i Dr. shops and restaurants. Nice room, had everything we needed. Elevator wasn't working, didn't bother us as we were on a lower floor, but those above us didn't have it so easy. We were told the "parts were on order". Hot tub by pool also wasn't working, were going to call in someone to "look at it". Pool was perfect. Would definitely return. Beautiful scenery. "

"My family and I were very pleased with our choice of where to stay during our vacation to the Big Island of Hawaii! The cabinets were well supplied with things you would expect like dishes and other living essentials. They even had coffee that was specific to the area which was a nice touch.! The garage had an extra refrigerator along with water toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach amenities.The beds were very comfortable, and there was more than enough room to accommodate our whole family. We spent most of our at house time in the wonderful backyard with a cool swimming pool and comfortable lounge chairs. All which made enjoying the spectacular backyard ocean view even more relaxing. The house was located in a nice neighborhood that was near great restaurants and shopping as well as within walking distance of a kid friendly beach! Special thanks to Marco for coming by on day one to make sure everything was acceptable. And then for being quickly available to answer any questions about the house or what the island had to offer! "Ideal spot overlooking a small beach park. Property was exactly as photos advertised. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping, easy underground parking. Only problem was that we wanted to stay longer! We did not give ourselves enough time in Kona after starting our trip on the Hilo side of the island."
