“非常的失望！！！房间内空间太小，酒店还摆放许多东西占掉客人放衣服化妆品和箱子的地方。晚上可听见隔壁说话声、早上被对门送饭声吵醒。晚上出入酒店无人看管，让我们很不放心感觉不安全。对附近餐馆都不熟悉，每次询问总是要很久才找出一家。完全不像是一家被评价如此高的“小豪华酒店”。不会再去住了，同时对网上的评价，也起到了一定的怀疑！”

“Unique decor that looks just like the photos; well-equipped (especially the kitchenette); bed was comfortable; everything was clean. Great location — had a bus stop right outside, was within walking distance to multiple Tube stations (including Earl’s Court, which offers step-free access and was one direct trip from Heathrow Airport via the Piccadilly Line). Also within a stone’s throw of Earl’s Court Road, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. Room lighting was just a bit too dim for my……

“The staffs are nice. The breakfast is simple but enough and the room is clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the Hammersmith Station. The only thing could be picky is the hotel is near the Bureau of Fire, fire engines were passed the road in the midnight, it may cause some disturbance for the visitors. ”

“Great pocket hotel for those just stopping through town for a couple of days. Comfortable, tiny room has everything one needs. If you have a lot of big luggage, you may have a hard time getting it through its narrow halls and you may also find little room to move around in your room. ”

“Small hotel, but perfectly fine for a short stay. Decent size room with comfortable bed and good shower. Room was very clean and little kitchenette an added bonus. Great location, very short walk to tube and public transport and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Would happily stay again. Only concern in basement room would be temperature if weather was very hot!”
