Sit quietly enough, and you can hear the hoofbeats of the horses as they make their way out of the nearby stables. - This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator. The fireplace in this home is ornamental. Being conveniently and centrally placed in the heart of london, some noise can be heard in the ground floor bedroom from the tube line below. In september 2025 the bath tub in the master ensuite bathroom is due to be removed and replaced with a walk-in shower unit. The property diagonally opposite this home has been undergoing refurbishment. The project is nearing completion with only painting decorating left to do. As such, any noise should be minimal.
