Stayed for 2 weeks in July 2025.Positives:- Enough space for 3 people- Amble supplies for making our own meals and doing laundry- Safe neighbourhood, building manager always present- (Partial) river view from balcony is nice- Quiet neighbours- Good communication with ownerNegatives:- Helicopter noise can be loud- Can get quite hot in summer- Flat and building interior shows wear and tear, can use some maintenance.- Quite a bit of walk to Clapham Junction station and can feel unsafe late at night cutting through dark streets.
