Location is excellent. Very close to the train station. Property has no air conditioning. It was terrible hot weather in August. Day and night home was very hot. Hard to sleep. Check-in process is very stressful. They didn’t share the address until a day before of arrival. Email response was very slow.

serviesgoed was wat karig en plinten in de keuken hingen los. De buitendeur naar het trappenhuis kon niet op slot en dat gaf geen veilig gevoel. Maar over het algemeen was het een prima verblijf voor mijn gezin in Londen.

Hébergement très sympa cuisine équipée chambres correctes suffisant pour court séjour. signal très faible pour la tv même si l’antenne est mise en hauteur. Proximité de la gare Euston top idéal pour les déplacements. Malgré le pub à proximité pas de bruit la nuit (appartement du 2eme donnant sur la rue passante) top Le personnel de city appart disponible communication top . Je reviendrais sans hésiter ☺️

The apartment was spacious 3 bed rooms with 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was fully occupied with all utilities The building has no elevator so we carry the luggage upstairs. No A/C and it was really HOT in July. It was in front of Euston station so it was really noisy There were a lot of restaurants and cafes and supermarkets around us

Good location, some traffic noise and noise from Euston station on the other side of the road though but not more than you would expect in central London The property as the apartment are quite worn, bed size and comfort is average. The apartment could use some work. It looks nice in the picture but it's quite run-down. The shower was leaking from the top floor to the bottom so we were down to one shower. But every time we ran into issues, they came by and addressed them right away. They're very responsive which is great. The Internet was very unreliable. Overall, I think the apartment is 3 star at best.
