Russell Square and The British Museum are also within 15 minutes. Goodge Street Underground Station is only a 3-minute walk and Tottenham Court Road Underground Station is 8 minutes.

Fitzrovia: A great location for a London stay

Our week in London was made so much easier by the location of this flat in Fitzrovia. To Americans, the neighborhood will be reminiscent of Greenwich Village in NY: lots of shops, restaurants, fast foods, and, generally, a lot of life. The location is central to just about everything, easy walking distance to Leicester, Trafalgar and Piccadilly, plus convenient to several Underground lines. And the Underground is a miracle of efficiency. The flat had everything we needed and was perfectly lovely. However... The ad for this flat is misleading. Simply saying "Not Handicapped Accessible" or "No Lift" does not convey the fact that you will have to haul your suitcase up three steep flights of stairs (because the ground floor is Floor Zero, so the third floor is the fourth floor). This will be extremely challenging for older travelers. We found that, once we reached the room at the end of the day, we weren't wild about going out because we knew we'd have to trudge up 3 flights of stairs--again.

Great location and communication from the host. Property is perfectly fine but a little warn and tired. Long steep climb up to 3rd floor which I was aware of and didn’t bother me but might be difficult for some. Especially with luggage. Overall a very good stay.

Clean, central neighborhood

I usually stay in hotels but was persuaded to try an apartment on my latest trip to London which was for several weeks. I found this studio to be similar to a hotel room but significantly larger, and with more useful amenities. Having a kitchen, washing machine and a dryer, all in house, is a definite advantage. You don't get the daily maid service that you do in hotels and there is no reception nor staff in the building but that was not important for this trip. It is also a very central neighborhood and near to Goodge St station. Dealing with The London Agent was very easy through out the trip and helped convert me to booking apartments in the future.. I will be sure to contact you for the next stay next year.

Good location. WiFi mix-up

Property was a good location for restaurants and the Goodge Underground, but the Underground station is under repair from 7:30-10:00 am. We should have been told. The Wi-Fi did not work, and so we could not make any reservations and plans. We had to turn on our phone to use data. The office did send help the second day and he told us address and password were not for our property but for another flat in the building. He brought us a large fan as the flat was hot and there was only a tiny fan.Clean and efficient.

In the heart of things

This great little studio seemed too good to be true when I booked, but turns out it’s as ideal as me and my boyfriend hoped. Stylish, central and very comfortable – what more could you ask for? If you want to be right in the heart of things and still feel like you’re staying somewhere a bit special, I can really recommend this flat. Cheers to the agency for all their help.

MY London pied

I love this studio and try and rent it each time I pass through London. It has a comfortable vibe, the location is ideal for me and The London Agent are always a pleasure to correspond with. Plus there is a noodle bar downstairs which is also now my go to fast food place when exhausted and starving, Studio 3 is a no brainer for me.

Well managed and comfortable

I have rented this studio three times now and will return next year. It is a large studio and has a warm feel to it. The ladies at The London Agent are always easy to transact with and friendly and a good part of the reason I look forward to my visits as I know they are reliable. Fitzrovia is a great neighbourhood to base yourself if you want to be in central London. Thank you team.

EXCELLENT CHOICE

Great studio apartment and very suitable for my extended stay. All I needed and a super location near Goodge Street station. The agent is friendly and fast to respond when I needed her. I would return again, and am happy to recommend.
