Horrendous experience. Awful hosts

The place had no wifi and barely even had phone service. I needed wifi to work and when I contacted them on the first day they just said they’d get back to me. This continued the whole trip and afterwards the hosting company said they didn’t believe me that the wifi didn’t work. Also the place is pretty dirty and things don’t work that well. It’s on a ground floor that feels exposed. It’s pretty nice but avoid dealing with this company at all costs.
