It was a family trip during Christmas time, we did not have a heat or hot water for 2 days and it was freezing inside the house, one of the room has no heating system, there was molds in the house, carpets were dirty, linens were not clean, poor internet service you have to be close to the router to be able to have Wi-Fi.
