The staff were incredible and made you feel like royalty. I cannot commend this hotel enough for the professionalism and attention to detail of their staff. The property is wonderfully located to many places of interest and all were within a short walking distance. My only complaint is that we were unable to stay there longer. If you are traveling to London, you must make this hotel your stay. It will make your visit that much more enjoyable and extraordinary.

If you are planning a Christmas trip, I promise you, this is where you want to stay! There was even a little Christmas tree in our beautiful room. Staff are so helpful and friendly.
