"The lady (DONNA) who helped us check in was amazing!!! She got our two rooms adjourned for the week! She followed up on things we discussed and needed fixed! I would stay there again because of her! The refrigerators should be a larger size, they are hard to get to and don't have enough space to store much! "

"No hangers in closet, TV did not work , bathroom door latch was not functioning so we could not shut the door properly. Asked for late check out but was denied. We checked in late and got charged $25 fee which we knew ahead of time however still is unnecessary. The bed made a loud thud sound when getting up and down. Lastly, there was no ice machine in the property even tho u get an ice bucket. Overall it was fine for the price. These were minor things. It’s a great location to access beach and a few cool bars and restaurants. "

"the hot tub and pool are great, unfortunately the dining room is limited and very slow, felt bad only 2 people there at a time. they do not serve lunch nor do they have the bar open during the day for the pool"

"We spent a wonderful 28 days in February 2026. The unit was fresh and extremely well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could want. There was plenty of paper products, trash bags, soaps included. There were beach towels, chairs and toys for our use., The property manager Joan was friendly and responded to communications quickly with all the information we needed. Her housekeeper Dorothy was likewise very nice and accommodating. "
