「Spa excellent」

「“We understand your concerns but we have work to do” is what we were told when we noticed and heard that the roof above our room was being renovated. The banging was so hard, stuff were falling off the surfaces in the rooms. Then he followed up that “the construction is only from 10 am until 6 pm!” After many hours of waiting, we were moved to another room」

「The fireplace in the room I stayed did not have a good duct that could extract the fumes and smoke of my room and befor you light your chimney please ask the service people to start it for you ,good advice 」

「This is a phenomenal wellness retreat resort. It’s a top notch facility with fantastic food, wonderful staff, excellent wellness activities (yoga, breathing exercises, workshops etc). It’s unbelievably clean. Really a strong 10/10」

「Beautiful property. At this price point, however, I expected top notch service and the resort seemed to be short staffed at times. I waited 1.5 hours before receiving help with a matter in my room. The resort also has strict booking policies for tours and their spa services. Overall still a luxury experience. 」
