Hair dryer is not working that needs replacement by another one on the second day of stay. Timber floor planks at living room peel off that results in uneven floor level causing my wife fallen down many times. Water seepage and comes out from the timber flooring at living room. Rubbish on the floor of master bedroom.”

Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay. ”
