"Staff were friendly, check in process was quick and easy. Close to all the places we wanted to go and sightsee, so many nice places to eat, have coffee in Queensway."
"Wifi did not work throughout my stay despite raising the concern multiple times to the customer service. We accommodated their request to let them know 30 minutes before we arrived to check-in, however they still had us waiting on the sidewalk for an hour. Very poor staff, and sadly would not recommend or stay again"

"I was hugely impressed with the Strand Palace. Firstly, they offer single rooms at single room prices, meaning I didn’t have to pay for a double room just for me. Secondly, the reception staff at check-in was fast and friendly. Then the room, which was fantastic. Lovely decoration with nods to the art deco period, comfy bed, great bathroom. All in all, I loved this hotel and will definitely book again next time I’m in London. "
"Wonderful hotel, especially with children! Pool was so relaxing and in great condition. The game room had a huge bouncy house and lots of activities to keep the kids entertained. In walking distance to Tivoli, central train station and a mall with lots of food options. "
"This hotel was great. Breakfast was tasty. But the stupidity of having self service check in that the bar staff had yo do it for you really slowed check in. It made no sense only that they didn’t have to hire permanent desk staff. The bar staff checked us in and do their other job. Bad customer service, long wait and obviously not self service. "
