Otemachi Spa Hotel

"Stayed the night before our flight home. Very lovely staff helping with checking kiosk. Kiosk printed info slip, breakfast vouchers, and our room keys. Super convenient. Dinner at The Tradewinds in the hotel was excellent. Also many options for food and shopping within Terminal 3. Highly convenient. "

"Lovely room on the executive level with the benefit of lounge use. Perfect location with a station on the lower level. Breakfast was very good with fresh made omelets. Staff was wonderful! The only suggestion would be to make the evening lounge cocktail hours for Adults Only. There were far too many children allowed in the area at times. Parents apparently could not understand the printed rules regarding children being quiet and not permitted to run around. Fortunately we had several evenings that were childless and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Very compact and basic hotel but with good metro and public bus access"

"Hotel is centrally located in Shinagawa, with a close connection to the train station. I stayed in the main tower in a non smoking room. Size of the room was fine, consistent with Japanese standards. However, air conditioning was lacklustre as the room felt hot during my stay. "
