Nice room. Great staff. Decent food amd drinks. Beautiful property that seems well maintained. Don't believe the hype about Coco Bongo, it's not with it. Did not like the misleading offer for discount on activities that was a time share bait and switch. srseems well maintained.

The rooms are great! Super spacious and very clean. The resort is on the bigger side but it had everything you needed. The pools are staff were excellent. Fernando went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. We had a small bad experience our first night that I shared with the staff. They were so understanding and made sure to make it right. Fernando was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. We will and would love to come back

The place was beautiful! The amenities were amazing! If you don’t have reservations to eat at the restaurants in the evening, you’re left to eat at the buffet. Buffet food was subpar. I would rather starve all day until dinner. Overall, the experience was nice. I will be going back.

Not an adults only - kids will be everywhere except the single building. Despite all inclusive, everything had either an upsell or not allowed unless you pay a very inflated price. Kinda felt like some of the staff as well as locals like taxi drivers were always trying to hustle you for more money. Not very relaxing at all

The food could have more flavors , the swim up suites should definitely be heated after certain hours if people are paying outrageous prices I was unable to use it unfortunately. The jet tubs could use a bit more pressure to fill up. Also it can be more adult only if the place says adults only the kids section was way to close.

My first travel out of the country. We were assaulted with so many people and sales pitch. They took up 2 hours upon arrival checking us in and grilling us about ourselves. We kept declining because we did not have a chance to experience the resort for even one minute. In exchange for meeting them for breakfast for a promised short 30 minute sales pitch I declined massages a piece of jewelry etc and asked for a lot of extra coffee supplies for our room. The presentation stole 3 hours of our first morning in Mexico. I had to end it at 11 am by just getting up and walking out. Trying to get me to commit to a 10 year commitment for over 60 grand while ruining my first morning without the benefit of experiencing the resort is not cool!! It did ruin my first day! I was so upset because I kept explaining that to them. I only had 2 full days there. Also- NO EXTRA COFFEE EVER SHOWED UP. Only one cup of coffee a day per person. That’s not all inclusive to me. I will travel to Mexico again but not to any resort affiliated with this one.

Our room was very nice. The whole resort was clean and well kept. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. I was not impressed with some of their tactics to receive upgrades, but we didn't let it spoil our fun.

We really enjoyed our week in the El Beso section of ORP. I think that the washrooms needed more signage, like in the lobby they are tucked to the side and you cant see where they are if you are on the other side of the bar there. The room had a bunch of little things incase we forgot to pack them (toothbrush/razor/sewing kit/q-tips/etc.) and that was a nice touch! Easy check-in and checkout. Long walk down to the rooms but there was a trolley you can catch which was great as well. We didn't have anything bad to say about the place, we loved the Italian restaurant and all of the servers were awesome :)

The room was great and the staff were really friendly and attentive. There were 2 things though that got our attention: 1. The mini bar was limited to 2 beer per day and there was no option to stock it with something else. I dont drive beer but we couldn't get anything else ie: tequila. The ad said "stocked mini bar". 2. The resort was billed as adults only however it isnt. There is a building on the property that is adults only. The rest of the property "which you have to interact with" is family friendly. So that was a bit of a shock as it wasnt advertised this way in the listing.
