「This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful. 「Staff was first class. Resort was fantastic. Restaurants were only ok, Las Reses , the statehouse was awful ( couldn’t cut the meat even w a knife and impossible to chew). And the internet was also only ok (in a lot of places didn’t work at all). the place and the people were so beautiful, we did enjoyed ourselves 」

「We have been to this resort 2 times within the last two years. We have a 10yr old and 14yr old. We stayed in family club both times. We had a swim up room the last time in Dec/25. Best decision ever! Kids loved the kids buffet, the bars where they could order their kid daquiri's. The main pool was always fun. Food in restaurants as well as the buffets was fabulous. We never drank the tap water, even for brushing teeth. This helped us avoid any tummy issues. Beach is clean and beautiful...
