“The room was perfect, lovely bathroom as well, however the hotel experienced a power outage overnight & therefore there was no hot water, lighting, no hot food for breakfast - and for whatever reason the toilets wouldn’t flush, which nobody seemed to realise. We had to pack the relative darkness looking for our belongings from the lights from our phones, and finding a way down the corridors in a huge sprawling hotel in the dark was quite tricky. I realise this is not exactly the hotels fault but……

“There was so much wrong when we arrived to check in. Alot of areas had not been cleaned properly. The property was advertised as having an arcade/games room there is not one the outdoor pool needed a good clean. Tile in the bathroom was on the floor control for the blinds hanging down (dangerous for small children) photos will be added just a shame i can only put 8 on ”

“The gym and pool facilities are great and really made our visit. Room was comfortable and the bathroom newly refurbished. 10 min walk into town which made everything convenient. Would stay again.”

“Wonderful location and dining experience. The odd niggle including issue with elderly mothers room, requested walk in shower but on arrival given a room with bath. It was quickly sorted however. The room was fine for one night but the sash window was faulty and wouldn’t stay open. Overall highly recommended ”
