“The apartment itself was great. Clean and exactly what we needed. No parking pass was provided which was inconvenient. Other tenants have thrown trash off their balcony and it smelled 24/7 of weed.”

“Location was good Apartment was nice The Bad Communication to access building was never sent I had to call the day of and download app after that is was smooth Internet never worked!!! called first day and was never fixed during my entire stay Also toilet clogged the last day and managements answer was wait until following day never fixed … no plunger on property or maintenance worker on site .. very disappointed”

“What an incredible place! We booked this rental for a group of 7, which included two families coming together to enjoy a long weekend. We had 3 kids and 4 adults and enjoyed the rental's proximity to Carowinds and downtown Charlotte for a show one night. The home was spotless and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool and the parents enjoyed that there was very little that we had to do prior to leaving. ……

“Host double booked stay an was unresponsive to correct the situation. I will that VRBO was excellent in their response time and handling of this problem. I will never book a stay with this host!!”

“I booked it and it wasn’t ready till 8 pm when I got in the property it was still dirty. And I had to finish drying the sheets and covers. Overall I give it a 1/10.”

“Overall a great place to stay. Location is excellent, Birkdale Village has all the amenities you need. Apartment is good, well stocked and comfortable. Cleanliness could be improved on, however when brought to managers attention they offered to deal with it right away. Only drawback is people cleaning sidealks weekly with pressure washer very early inbthe morning. Overall would recommend.”
