"Staff were not that attentive. Life guards in the pool area were not really paying attention. Had to switch rooms first night after traveling with kids in the middle of the night due to the Ac breaking. Second rooms was ok. Mini fridge barely worked. Main slides were under construction. A lot of construction hazards around the whole site. Will not be coming back to this hotel."

"While the stay was pleasant enough, we chose this hotel as it advertised a “pet area” and we brought 2 dogs. The pet area was a slick, uneven path that our dogs struggled to walk up and down on. Not to mention the only actual grassy space for them to use the bathroom was clearly the worker break area and full of food scraps and cigarettes on the ground. Other than that, it was limited spaces of mulch and bushes. It is also advertised online that there is a $50 pet fee that is refundable and upon filling out the form on site we were told it’s a non refundable $75 fee. The hotel was nice enough but I would not recommend people bring their pets here."
