「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「The hotel is beautiful and the staff was so kind. The restaurant on site has great food and drinks. The location is perfect, walking distance to shops, restaurants and historical attractions. 」

「I stayed in a room with a terrace and it was lovely. I was worried that the Murphy bed might be uncomfortable, but it was very comfortable! The terrace was huge and with lots of places to sit and some shade. The room was larger than I expected, very clean and comfortable with a/c, a ceiling fan, a great closet (with lots of hangers) and very functional bathroom. The location of the hotel is excellent - a short walk to everything in Old San Juan, and each staff member I had contact with was...

「It is very clean inside, the staff are very friendly. No parking if you have a car leave it down at the end by the police station or where the cruises come in don’t risk getting towed. Very safe the door to get in locks after a certain hour and you can only get in with your room key. Someone is always at the front desk. Everything is within blocks it’s very convenient. Everyday our room was cleaned and we were given fresh towels and the bed was changed. 」

「Front desk staff was so friendly, kind and helpful. I was only there for one night and she gave me suggestions for where I can go to eat. My room was very nice and clean, bed was super comfortable. I will recommend this hotel and will for sure return.」
