「No pude quedarme ahi. Horas antes del check in me. Intente comunicar con el anfitrion pero no me respondieron munca. Al llegar a las 14 hs habia una persona de limpieza que amablemente llamo al dueño pero me dijo que habia tenido un problema y me mandaba a otro lugar. Me mando a un hotel que estaba bien pero me la par caminando mas de 1 hora para llegar con las valijas a cuesta y perdiendo el tiempo en venecia. No lo recomiendo. No volveria nunca a alquilar.」

「Walking distance from train station is around 5 minutes. This is also near actv station "Riva De Biaso", very convenient. My room is 02, unfortunately it has an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, but other than that, everything is good enough. I am glad that I utilize kitchen nicely.」

「Location was fantastic the property is like an hotel but actually it’s an apartment with no kitchen. The breakfast was included for us but the breakfast place is about 4-5 min away from the property to another hotel. The breakfast was ok and being a vegetarian, limited choices were there. We informed the chef about dietary needs and the 2nd day breakfast was better. Supporting staff Rakesh was responsive and helpful. We had shower clog issue and even though it was “fixed”, the clog was still...

「The staff was exceptional in their warm welcome, explanation of the use of the keys, and prior information about how to get to the hotel. The property met all our needs. My only comment would be, it is an older place, and I think because of the humidity the grout in the bathroom was not pristine and there were a couple of mosquitos in our room initially. The location was good for our intrests and the room was well priced.」

The location is excellent, very close the bus and train station. As many stairs a in the Venezia and good to stay at the starting point. Also the water bus is pier just next the front door of the hotel. It is very convenience to travel every the main site in Venezia!」

「Lovely, quaint hotel on one of the small canals. The room worked great for my 4-person family and is within eye shot of the main Piazza where all the buses come in so was easy to get to. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and though it was a separate cost at 15 euro per person, it was well worth it. Everything is really close in Venice so really anywhere on St Lucia is convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Additionally, there are a couple of restaurants right next to the hotel and we enjoyed...

Instead of let us check the room, the manager response by provide another special offer of Euro 50 per night for upgrade.
