「Location was fantastic the property is like an hotel but actually it’s an apartment with no kitchen. The breakfast was included for us but the breakfast place is about 4-5 min away from the property to another hotel. The breakfast was ok and being a vegetarian, limited choices were there. We informed the chef about dietary needs and the 2nd day breakfast was better. Supporting staff Rakesh was responsive and helpful. 「Walking distance from train station is around 5 minutes. This is also near actv station "Riva De Biaso", very convenient. My room is 02, unfortunately it has an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, but other than that, everything is good enough. I am glad that I utilize kitchen nicely.」

「Lovely, quaint hotel on one of the small canals. The room worked great for my 4-person family and is within eye shot of the main Piazza where all the buses come in so was easy to get to. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and though it was a separate cost at 15 euro per person, it was well worth it. Everything is really close in Venice so really anywhere on St Lucia is convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Additionally, there are a couple of restaurants right next to the hotel and we enjoyed...

「Excellent hotel. It situated in a nice friendly community sqare where there are 3 nice resturants in the square. Good food. People at counter are extremely helpful. Easy access to vaporetto. The water bus can take to you to all different spots you want to go. Also not far to the center train station.I like my room. It has the wood log attic design on the ceiling with a big modernize and yet has touch of medieval feelling kind of chantellier hanging down from the center of the wood log setting....

「Excellent communication and very helpful hotel staff. Accommodation is in a great location for exploring Venice, close to the Grand Canal. Everything was clean and as expected, bed was comfortable and shower was good. Suggest to add a chopping board to the accommodation 」
