“Frustrating there was no one around for check in problems (no front desk at this property), their “app” with all the instructions and codes never worked, too much furniture in too small a space, hard to move around the suite, if you have kids beware they use glass tables and glass coffee tables. ”

“This condo/apt was amazing. Plenty of dishes/silverware were provided. Including a coffeepot, large toaster, blender, and teapot. They even had a laundry basket, iron/ironing board, and plenty of towels. They even provided puzzles & monopoly game!”

“First entry, keys did not work. WiFi did not work. I was told “it’s sometimes hard to get it on your computer. TVs are not smart TVs for streaming. Large bleach stains in hallways.”

“The property itself was absolutely wonderful! It was within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant and it was a very clean, quiet and updated condo. We loved it! And would definitely go back again. Our only drawback was we had to call the management five times because our code would not work for our door. They were very prompt each time in attempting to get it corrected but it did take 5 calls. ”

“From the get go it started out wrong. We could not get keys to check in to our room. The front desk night staff went upstairs and let us in our room. As soon as we got in our room we noticed the carpet was soaked. We called and informed the front desk. The next day we reminded the front desk they sent up maintenance who put a loud big dehumidifier that would remain untouched until two nights later when we complained again. We went to relax. We were compensated with parking and three drinks from……
