索里达瑞达德的度假村

“1推销自费的服务人员极力推销，影响旅行体验，2.已经订好好的酒店在check in 的时候前台强制再多付700美金，最后多给了现金500才放行，以后不会再到这个酒店度假”

“Liked the upgrades that the resorts did since we were here last.”

“Esta lindo y limpio ”

“over all nice property for family’s but definitely needs better job cleaning, bathrooms , tables and cleanliness needs improvement”

“The pool was fabulous! The rest, I was disappointed. The premium lounge staff at check in was extremely rude. We did not get the room that we paid for upon check in. The got us in the room we paid for over 24 hours later. The snorkeling and beach pictures advertised were not reality. Buffet was good, Caribe was also good. Brasserie was the best all inclusive restaurant we have ever eaten at. Overall, we made the best of the vacation, but we will not be back. Pictures are of the king……

“The good was not good. In fact laughable. The buffet was best out of all of the restaurants. Elite clubs food was converted we could not eat. Too many people trying to clear our table. Rushed. The oriental restaurant was horrible to ribs had a nasty sauce, wontons had no filling. Worst off was the tile on floor going to our room was very slippery. We will not return.”
