"VERY gracious of host. Very nice. Little in the rental for how and what to with things. VERY rustic little rental. VERY old. Front door can’t open all the way. In the country - awesome. No check out instructions and needed to ask for access to internet. Our electronics didn’t work without venu internet - due to remoteness. Husband loved the place. I was ok with it. Host was wonderful."

We had trouble checking in & called the property manager three times with no answer, nor did they ever call back or text to make sure we were able to check in successfully. The plumbing was terrible. The toilet barely flushed & the shower water pressure & hot water didn’t really work. We almost called for maintenance help but knew we wouldn’t get a response. "Very soothing little oasis outside Mancos. Nicely appointed, quiet, with lovely, lush green surroundings. Felt very private. An easy, short drive to Mesa Verde. My singular complaint is that it needs better pillows, but that's such a minor issue. "
