HOTEL MYSTAYS Fuji Onsen Resort

"The room felt quite old and had a noticeable musty smell. There was also a significant amount of dust in the room, and I could see dust particles floating in the air. During my stay, my skin became irritated and itchy, which may have been related to the room environment. I hope the hotel can improve its cleaning standards, especially by vacuuming more thoroughly and addressing the musty odor. This would make the stay much more comfortable for future guests."

"I only booked one night and wished I had booked at least one more night. The resort was a welcome respite after the fast-pace of Tokyo. The staff was welcoming and attentive, ready to assist in any way. The hotel runs a shuttle from the station to the hotel and back again which was convenient and helpful, but the hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to a bus station and a bike rental is right across the street. They offer a generous buffet for both breakfast and dinner offering plenty of options. I loved everything about this resort and highly recommend!"
