“Beautiful, perfect for disconnecting, clean, the staff was very attentive, just bring strong mosquito repellent. The national park was beautiful, easy to go around with the shuttles, restaurant was good but expensive. Overall great experience. ”

“The property is well located for access to 5th avenue and the beach. The suites are well appointed and feel luxurious, which is what I anticipated for a more upmarket stay. The rooftop was amazing with full horizon views of the sea and the city..Again a more upmarket environment. Tastefully laid out around a spa,a restaurant and the most incredible infinity pool.”

“The room is okay we pay to upgrade to the swimup suite. The butter is horrible, yes, I’m naming CESAR. He was doing great of never fulfilling your requests. You need text him three times and go find him at the desk one time to get the things done (request to cleaning the room and deliver a bottle of champagne). Oh, but he is super on time of kicking you out of the room by knocking at your door every 10 mins. I asked for a taxi after check out. He said absolutely and turned out “ Yes please you……

“The parts that were being used was well maintained. There were many areas not being used but still a very nice hotel. The staff were all very nice and friendly. Paco showed me many restaurants and things to do in the city, he was very helpful ”
