“First of all - the photos do not do this condo justice. It is absolutely beautiful and tastefully decorated, with the comforts and amenities of home. It is sprawling, with plenty of room for a family of 4, and the proximity to the beach, the shops, and nightlife were ideal for a relaxing holiday. The miniature Christmas tree was a nice welcoming touch as well. I spent nearly one week here with my parents and my sister, and we were sad to leave it. Check-in was a breeze. “I had a problem while checking in, o was told by the staff that I needed to pay but I had already paid through Orbitz. In the end I refused to pay again and the staff was helpful, I just had to send an email of my receipt to their email. Overall I think it's one of the nicest hostels I've stayed in Mexico. Great facilities, clean, modern and the staff are friendly and helpful. ”
