「Everyone was wonderful! My husband lost his nice sunglasses at the airport and concierge helped him find a new pair that wasn’t 300. The kids area was perfect for my kids. We have a 3, 4, and 6 year old. Honestly, plan to book again which I never like to do to experience something new, but it actual gave me a break as a mom. 」

「The hotel facility and all of waiter is super friendly and awesome great but the employee in souvenir store looks angry and impatience when we buy the plate of spoon. Also meet the problem when our friend want to enter the entrance to pick up us. 」

「Traveled with family and two small children, age 2 and 5. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The food at all restaurants and amazing. Food truck and food by the pool is also great. The breakfast buffet is also outstanding. The spa my husband used was beautiful. The shows at night were very entertaining for adults and children. The carousel was fun for young children.
