“A very good place to stay for your trip to Isla! Very walkable distance from shipping and a lot of dining options. You can rent a golf cart directly from the front desk as well. The only thing to be mindful of is that they don’t have any beach chairs so you will have to pay to sit on the beach on average about $25USD a person which includes food (to a specific limit) then you pay the difference if there is one. “The moment you walk in your greeted by very friendly staff Fernando was very nice. The room was clean and housekeeping came in every day which I love. There are many dining options within walking distance. The view of the beach is amazing literally can sit on your porch and just take in the views. It’s very lively on the weekends. “I did like the easy access to the beach and the spacious rooms”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kiin. The hotel is right next to Playa Norte and you can walk to many restaurants in the area. The pool area was wonderful and relaxing as well. We stayed in the Honeymoon bungalow and had an ocean view. We will definitely stay again when we visit Isla Mujeres!”
