The bedsheet, pillow cases and duvet covers are quite old. Dirt is even found on the bedsheet and pillow cases of the sofa bed. This is disappointing to me.
My whole family were both awakened by the noisy garbage truck early in the morning. It was very annoying.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, every time when I asked for help they responded quickly and helped straight away.
The location is good. Tesco and Sainsbury are just at the corner, M&S Simply is at the opposite, many restaurants are nearby. Around 8 minutes walk to Southwark Underground.
The room is spacious with modern and nice decoration, everything looks new; excep the shower panel is not long enough to prevent the water spilling out of the shower base, it makes the floor wet!
Overall is good, worth to stay again.

在房間被盜竊了$3000港元，懷疑是清潔員工偷的，酒店經理卻不作調查，實在是一間非常差的酒店
"原本訂了四晚的，但第三日朝早就發現背包內的暗格少了$3000港元，懷疑前一天整天外出的緣故被清潔員工入房偷了現金，但重點是外出時已掛出請勿打擾的牌，返酒店經理投訴卻沒有把事情解決，原來酒店的走廊是沒有閉路電視的，所以並無法證明是誰入了房間，但明明酒店的房間是使用電子鎖的，酒店職員是有記錄但不肯給我，又叫我自己去警局報案，但去了警局警察知道我不是當地人有沒有作出很大的幫忙，只是說沒有證據證明的話不知道是誰進了房間，警察也沒辦法可以捉到人，而調查亦有可能要超過兩星期，那時候已經不在英國了，所以即使落了安也沒法跟進，但我最後仍然選擇花上數小時去報案，原因是我想在這證明我是真的在這酒店被盜竊了，大家請不要租住這間酒店了"
